Common questions.
Do I need to install software?
No traditional installer is required. SOR FastTrack is a Progressive Web App and can be installed from a supported browser on desktop, tablet and phone.
Can I use SOR FastTrack on desktop as well as mobile?
Yes. The workflow is designed to be responsive, so you can work from phone on site and continue later from tablet, laptop or desktop.
Can different companies use different SOR schedules?
Yes. Company-specific SOR data, search rules, workflow values and Scoping Tools mappings live in independent Dataset Packs rather than being hard-coded into the Core app.
Can Standard and Pro users have different access?
Yes. The account foundation supports Standard, Pro and Admin roles with Dataset entitlements and plan-based AI allowances.
Can I request an account here?
Yes. Account requests require email verification. Every request remains Pending until the email is verified and an administrator approves it and assigns Dataset access.
