COMMERCIAL TERMS
SOR FastTrack Terms of Use
These Terms apply to access to SOR FastTrack, including the website, Progressive Web App, subscription services, Dataset access and optional AI-assisted features. By creating or using an approved account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and access
Accounts may be Standard, Pro, Admin or complimentary. Public account requests require email verification and administrator approval. Dataset access is assigned separately by the SOR FastTrack administrator and may differ between users and organisations.
2. Subscription pricing and billing
Standard and Pro are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions in Australian dollars at the price shown on the Plans section and in Stripe Checkout. The amount displayed by Stripe Checkout is the amount charged. Where taxes or other unavoidable charges apply, the checkout total takes precedence if required by law. Paid subscriptions continue until cancelled through the Stripe Customer Portal or otherwise ended.
3. Subscription access
Active and trialing subscriptions receive normal app access. A past-due subscription may receive a limited payment grace period. Unpaid, cancelled or otherwise ended subscriptions may have field-app access suspended while billing-management access remains available. Complimentary accounts may be exempt from billing.
4. SOR Datasets and customer data
SOR Dataset Packs can contain commercial pricing, descriptions, scoping rules and company-specific configurations. Access is granted only to authorised accounts. You must not copy, redistribute or provide a Dataset to an unauthorised person where doing so would breach the Dataset owner's rights or your contractual obligations.
5. Field decisions and AI
SOR FastTrack is a workflow and decision-support tool. Search results, AI suggestions, verification warnings, quantities and generated documents must be checked by a competent user against site conditions, the applicable contract, specifications, SOR Long Descriptions and any safety requirements. AI output is not a substitute for professional judgement.
6. Local jobs and backups
Job state, photos and working files are primarily stored on the device unless a feature explicitly states otherwise. Browser storage can be cleared by the device or browser. Users remain responsible for exporting or otherwise keeping copies of important work before clearing browser data, changing devices or removing the PWA.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass account, subscription or Dataset controls; interfere with the service; abuse AI or email endpoints; upload malicious Dataset Packs; or use the service unlawfully.
8. Service changes and availability
Features may be updated to improve security, reliability or compatibility. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed, particularly where third-party services, internet connectivity or device capabilities are involved.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian consumer law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you.
