Pre-launch commercial readiness: launch pricing, subscription enforcement, public-safe Demo Dataset, legal/support pages and domain-ready routing.
The production-ready route design is: / for the product website and /app for the field PWA. Terms, Privacy and Support pages are also included. The installed PWA continues to open the app directly.
Standard: A$39/month for one assigned private SOR Dataset and the core field workflow. Pro: A$79/month for multiple assigned Datasets and a higher AI allowance. The website asks the server for the configured Stripe Price amounts so the displayed price can match Checkout.
A public user submits an account request, verifies their email and waits for Admin approval. Admin chooses Standard or Pro and assigns the authorised Dataset access. Billing never automatically grants a private Dataset.
Active and trialing subscriptions can use the app. A past-due subscription receives a configurable 7-day payment grace by default. Unpaid, cancelled or past-due-after-grace accounts are taken to a billing recovery screen instead of the field workflow. Admin, explicit complimentary accounts and legacy pre-v24.7 accounts are exempt.
The deploy package contains only the fictional demo-sor Dataset with 12 example items and no prices. The real Ventia Dataset must remain a separate Dataset Pack and be imported privately by Admin after deployment. Do not copy proprietary SOR files into the public deploy folder.
Standard/Pro users can start secure Stripe Checkout, manage billing through Stripe Customer Portal and view their own recent Stripe invoice history. Stripe status is synced to the FastTrack account, while Dataset entitlements remain controlled by Admin.
Email verification and Forgot Password use the server-side email integration. The production sender must be verified before live use. Resetting a password invalidates previous account sessions.
Admin can open User Manager and run Launch Readiness. Required server configuration is separated from domain-stage values. The app does not reveal environment-variable secrets in this check.
After the permanent Admin account is ready, import Ventia-SOR-Dataset-Pack-v1.5.zip through Dataset Manager. The central Dataset service stores it privately and enforces account Dataset entitlements.
Search, Intelligent Search, Scope Builder, Scoping Tools import/round-trip, Verify Scope, photos, PDF/ZIP exports, autosave, offline cache, AI Photo Scope and per-user local isolation remain available from the previous hardened releases.
Connect the custom domain to Netlify; set the final public URL/origin variables; create/configure the real Stripe Standard/Pro Price IDs and webhook; verify the production email sender/domain; enter the legal operator/support details; then run a Stripe Test Mode purchase and an iPhone/PWA smoke test before opening sales.
